Getting started

How does PrimeCallPartner work?
In four steps: (1) sign up; (2) choose a plan based on your vehicle — Bike, Car, SUV, LTV or HTV; (3) upload up to 20 clear photos from different angles and pay; (4) we run AI analysis, a certified human expert verifies every flag, and your full condition report appears in your dashboard within 24 hours. If we need a clearer view we may schedule a short live video call with you.
Do I need to take my vehicle anywhere?
No. Everything is done remotely. You photograph the vehicle wherever it is parked — your driveway, a dealer lot, the seller's home — and upload through our dashboard.
What devices can I use?
Any modern phone with a working camera, or a digital camera. Both Android and iOS are fully supported. We recommend daylight and a clean lens.

Inspection process

How many photos do I need?
Up to 20 photos covering: front, rear, both sides, all four corners, roof, wheels and tyres, dashboard, odometer, engine bay (if accessible), boot/cargo area, interior seats, and any visible damage close-ups. Your dashboard shows you exactly which angles are required.
How long does it take?
12–24 hours from the time payment is confirmed. Most reports are delivered well inside that window. If we expect any delay, we will email you proactively.
Is the report just AI?
No. AI does the heavy lifting on damage detection, panel analysis and consistency checks, but every single finding is verified by a certified human inspector before the report is signed and released.
When would you want a live call?
Only when the photos leave a key area unclear — for example, a hard-to-photograph underbody area, an engine noise the seller mentioned, or a cluster of dashboard warning lights. Calls are typically 5–10 minutes via video and are completely optional.

Pricing & payment

How much does an inspection cost?
Bike £40 / Car £70 / SUV £90 / LTV £120 / HTV £150 — one-time fee per vehicle, no subscriptions. See our pricing page for the full list.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and (depending on your region) Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

Reports & dashboard

How do I get my report?
It appears automatically in your client dashboard the moment our inspector signs it off. You can download it as a PDF, share a secure link, or print it.
Can I share the report with a buyer / seller / insurance?
Absolutely. Each report comes with a verifiable share link so any third party can confirm authenticity.
How long do you keep my reports?
For 5 years inside your dashboard, so you can re-download whenever needed. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Refunds & disputes

What if I'm not happy with the report?
If we made a factual error, missed something clearly visible, or delivered late without notice, you're entitled to a refund or free re-inspection. Read our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I cancel before the inspection starts?
Yes — full 100% refund if work hasn't started. 50% partial refund if work is in progress. No refund once the report is delivered (subject to the exceptions in our refund policy).

Yes. Every inspector on our roster is professionally certified with at least 10 years of hands-on mechanical experience, vetted, background-checked and continually audited.
