These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrimeCallPartner website, dashboard and inspection services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PrimeCallPartner ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing an inspection plan, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PrimeCallPartner provides AI-assisted, expert-verified vehicle inspection reports based on photographs and information that you upload through our platform. Our Service includes: (a) automated computer-vision analysis of submitted images; (b) human review by certified inspectors; (c) optional live video calls; (d) delivery of a written condition report through your dashboard.
Our reports are professional opinions based on the photographs, video and information you supply. They are not a substitute for an in-person mechanical or structural test, dyno run, road test, or laboratory analysis. We do not physically inspect, touch, drive, or dismantle the vehicle.
Plan prices are listed on our pricing page and are charged as a one-time fee per vehicle inspection. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Prices are exclusive of any local taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. Once a report has been delivered, the inspection is considered fulfilled.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including all software, models, branding, content and reports, is the property of PrimeCallPartner and is protected by international intellectual-property laws. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the report you paid for, for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sub-licence, scrape or republish our reports without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeCallPartner, its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages or expenses arising from (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; or (d) any inaccurate or fraudulent information you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or for legal or operational reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@primecallpartner.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where local consumer-protection laws grant you the right to pursue claims in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
